The Power Of The Mind
The mind
Can create a wonderland
It shows magic
And wonders.
The mind
Can create a prison cell
It makes illusions
And traps you into the dark.
The mind is powerful
You can be with the stars and the moon
Or in the dark and gray clouds
Of an oncoming storm.

Rose I am glad you have shared this, its inspirational its given me a few ideas.
I LOVE the contrasting natures of the first two stanzas, in my mind (no pun intent) its signifying the inherent duality of human mental capacity, between the vast searing horizons of dreams and ambitions, and the crashing inferno tombs of our fears and nightmares. The mind can be a haven or a cage, as you so eloquently put it. Then in the last stanza you unite the theme by telling the reader it is our choice to make a heaven or a.
Yeah, you are right. One's happiness and sorrow are hidden in mind. If you are strong in mind nothing can deter you from having a good live. So nice. Thanks.
