Query: Who is the Real One?
By whom is the mind directed to think?
By whom is the breath processed?
By whom is the speech impelled?
By whom is the eyes directed to see?
By whom is the ears motivated to hear?
Beyond the hearing of the ear,
Beyond the thoughts of the mind,
Beyond the voice of the speech,
Beyond the breathing of the breath,
Beyond the sight of the eyes!
Who is that intangible God that powers the mind and the sense organs?
The answer!
It is Brahman! The Pure Consciousness!

Thank you so much for appreciating this poem, Tony. God bless you.
So nicely presented- To the point and precise. The initial hymns and the Poet's Notes lead 'the mind from gross to the subtle' and paves the way for a better understanding of 'Kena' who is all in all. Thank you, Geeta ji.
Thank you so much Rajnish ji. Your reviews are most effective, intelligent, and most inspiring. I feel blessed.
mind, breath, speech, eyes, ears, Who is that intangible God that powers the mind and the sense organs? Brahman, pure consciousness. simply beautiful Gita....... this is what i had been thinking always. God is pure consciousness....... great philosophy...... thank u. tony
Thanks a lot Tony for reading a poem on the Upanishads. Yes, God is Brahman or Pure Consciousness. We need to imbibe this profound thought. God bless you Tony.
This is very necessary to think that by whom the breath comes in life and by whom mind is directed., Clear guidance we get from self is guided by our eternal father God. Scriptural values present in Kenopanishad is also known as Tavalkaara Upanishad or Brahmanopanishad are really very interesting and worthy. We enlighten ourselves by wisdom of God. An excellent poem is very beautifully and deeply penned...10
