Victorious Creeper Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Victorious Creeper

Rating: 5.0

Who says that she cannot win?
Many think after little view,
Only trees can touch the height
Trees can only kiss vast sky,
But not the creeper many say,
As creeper depends on others,
She scrolls herself and grows,
Without support she cannot stand,
Many think in their own ways.

Clapping hands with this dusk,
Colourful mind paints violet sky
With golden and rosy pearls,
Standing herself opening leaves,
Growing more taller than trees,
She bending several times in life,
Still she stands with courage.

Creeper also touches this sky,
Beyond her imagination and hope,
Offering dew drops to hidden sun,
She shakes in joy her green hands,
Painting panorama in deep emotion,
She has got victory over trees,
Over sky, sun and many galaxies,
But she is humble and very honest,
She has never fallen in ego or pride,
She ever surrenders before God,
Bowing her head with much wisdom,
Again twisting towards Earth from sky,
She nods before our eternal father.

Sir, creepers are not tall and stout like trees but they have their inherent beauty! Creepers never boost...it is only human perception! We should respect and appreciate God's creation! Thanks for sharing....10

Those who realize they need God's strength must first look up and then they will willingly bow to the one who can help them reach the sky. God supplies the light' we must grow toward it to attain our greatest potential. A great poem. I think many poets are creepers. Thank you Kumarmani

A creeper wants all surroundings and surrounding trees grow taller. They wish to support the growing creeper to reach new high. Beautifully penned.
