What About The Dead Poem by Kostas Lagos

What About The Dead

Rating: 5.0

What about the dead

Do they read in bed?

What about their graves

Are they holes or caves?

Do they hear the living

Are they strict or forgiving?

Do they laugh or cry

Do they dream they fly?

Do their wives nag

And hit 'em with a bag?

Most important do they get drunk

Or they just smell like a skunk?

You placed your words with care and creativity and you ended up with an imagery--though death is dark.

Deep write. A deeply philosophical poem. The questions that haunt many and don't have answers. Nice write.
