Northern California, about 1971
The Zodiac Killer is causing panic
by murdering innocent citizens
and then bragging to the police.
My brother was a doctor
of veterinary medicine
in the city of Fairfield.
One of his clients was a man
that I will call Clifford.
That is not his real name.
Clifford would bring his animals
in to the clinic from time to time
to be treated or vaccinated.
My brother had a close friend
who was a member
of the California Highway Patrol.
This friend confided to my brother
that Clifford was one of the main suspects
of being the elusive Zodiac Killer.
They contrived various methods
of trying to get Clifford's fingerprints,
but the man always wore gloves.
Finally one day they somehow managed
to get him to handle a glass
without his gloves on,
but when they sent the glass
to the lab for analysis,
there was not a single fingerprint on it!
The Zodiac was never caught.
If this is real then we must find some way out to catch and punish him for all his wrong doings. Nice poem.5*
Amazing! Is it possible to burn off your fingerprints with acid or something? A Five Star Story!
Amazing verse, Kim. I remember there was some exploitation film maker from around the area who made a film about the case in an attempt to the lure the Zodiac into the cinema. I don't think he went to the movies. And he never was caught? Amazing verse, Kim.
Also plz do read and comment my newest poem too. I hope you see my comment for your porm too.
Woah a very mysterious spinetingling killer that left no fingerprints abd couldn't be caught. Kudos for telling this in an articulate way.
Well done, Kim. An interesting tale and scary that he was never caught.
The zodiac killer is one of the most interesting serial killer cases, notvonly was he never caught but their is always a great mystery of who he was. Great write Kim
