A Child's Scientific Religious Experiment - Poem by Chuck Audette

the coin falls
dropped in the well
bouncing off walls
deep to hell

a muffled plumpf

is all to tell

This is like Silverstein channeling Poe. It should be accompanied by a drawing of a kid looking into a well with flames shooting out of it and burning his hair off. Very well done. (Report) Reply

Your delicious style, coupled with your interesting subjects and your irreverent titles make you a force to contend with and a future addiction. Very charming. (Report) Reply

Very nicely done. Pictures and sounds. Nice spacing too. The title adds a lot of dimensions which would have been otherwise missed. (Report) Reply

A nice 'dry' humour which, as it should, leaves much to the fertile imagination...I enjoyed this :)
