On a perfectly cemented floor
a crack on it said a lot more
who ever tapped on its door
for a sprout of grass to peep out door
The rain drops did so..tup..tup
it did knock the crack on the floor
the rain dropp came down on floor
with a seed in its womb it bore
a seed which brought out
a life too..a green sprout
man's imperfection helps
god's impregnation
May be a pipal or banyan...as Mr.Rajaram has put it..'one seed gives thousands of seeds '...pipal and banyan are the commonly seen trees grown on their own even on building top and flooring- cracks..inspiring very much
God takes advantage of man's negligence to establish Himself very well! Nice poem!
In the seed itself everything is pre-written. Which tree it belongs to? How long it will survive? What kind of fruit will it give? Every miniute the sprouted seed grows into a big plant and then into a giant tree. By then the shapeof the seed is no more, but in its place a giant tree comes up. The tree gives hundreds of fruits containing hundreds of seeds. So one seed gives thousands of seeds during the lifetime of the tree. This is the cycle of life, that is portrayed well in the poem.
i enjoyed the for you used. and of course the wording is super.
