A naive and beautiful bud,
Full of dreams and vibrant.
A sun so bold and bright,
Its golden arms give warmth.
Together they enjoy
One pleasant summer day.
The rest of the world
Does not exist to them.

A beautiful love poem with a nice allegory....many *************
Rose Marie, I love the way that you've used nature to symbolise a budding romance! Absolutely beautiful!
'Its golden arms give warmth.'---now that is a line straight out of a poet's heart---your words have a habit of whispering magic into a reader's soul--top marks
A sun so bold and bright, Its golden arms give warmth...sparkling poetic expression. I find much substance from these phrases, 'together they enloy' and 'the rest of the world does not exist for them'
I've had moments close to this, but few and far between, with some, maybe all, of my four wives. Maybe I'm not 'bright' enough to have enjoyed more such times? : ( bri
