Before The End Poem by Deborah Cromer

Before The End

Rating: 5.0

I have just found out that I may die
I cannot help but cry
Tears of fear, tears of pain
My life over, with nothing to gain
Leaving life and leaving you
Feelings I never knew
I will not die unjust
The Lord I can trust
I have lived my life so free
I guess this was meant to be
I am scared and lonely
If only
I could see you once more
Before I pass through death's door
My dream would come true
I Love You

Deborah, I enjoyed this poem. We all reach the end of our days, I believe there is a part of me that never changes, unlike my body which is aging. Enjoy the now moments of your life. Bob
