Genetically brushed
Not by the cover
We know the tale
Beautifully crafted
Or hideously painted
It remains the same
Each holder their disguise
Is this heart friendly?
Clever, cunning or nice?
Dark and deceiving?
Open books, and read it's tale
When pages are turned
We unlock mysteries
Faces are just masks
Masking colors of a heart
Also try the poem (the heart)

Faces are the masks Behind which we hide Our true faces - Which Even we ourselves abhor! Loved your poem, so neat So concise, yet truth, all! Angel
This poem appeals to sooo many people! All the comments below have already said what I've needed to say: D Brilliant... just brilliant
I like your poem (more like love) but i don't quite understand it. Could you tell me a little bit about what you are trying to express?
Some People try to please so hide their true face others put on a false face to get something in return - a treasure indeed when you find their true self - well written
DEAR EYAN, GOOD DIAGNOSISE LOVE DOCTOR, BARRING ONE HITCH IN LINE SEVEN IT SHOULD BE PERHAPS'HOLDS HIS' INSTEAD OF 'HOLDER THEIR'. I CAN'T AGREE WITH MR KARIN ANDERSON'S GENERALISED COMMENT THAT'S APPLICABLE MORE TO LADIES WHO MASK THEIR FACES.GENTS AND THOSE INVOLVED IN POLITICS ARE RATHER MORE DANGEROUS. RAJKUMAR
When pages are turned We unlock mysteries Faces are just masks Masking colors of a heart.... ya double speak and no respect for love......good write i represented trye picture in'Colour' findtime to read.

physical appearance or outside look doesn't depict the true character of a person...a face full of make up doesn't show a real beauty.. wonderful writing...thanks best regards, jdh
