I long to breathe the warm air of the summer
Giving me life and the flowers around,
Wherever I look I see colours and beauty
Reaching for miles on the mosaic ground.
And I walk through the gardens of
Wonder and paradise,
Their sight and scent is all I need
To set my spirit free.
I long to breathe the warm air of the summer
Climbing the hillsides that reach to the sky,
Seeing the views and to witness their treasure
The fields and the meadows the clouds passing by.
As I walk through the valleys where
The rivers gently flow,
So clear and fresh the water as
It winds towards the sea.
I long to breathe the warm air of the summer
A forest of angels I truly have found,
Wherever I look I can see their fine branches
Waving in breezes so sweet is their sound.
As I walk through the shaded green
I hear them softly sing,
Their voices carried on the wind
Their music plays for me.
These magnificent creations reminding you of the grace and beauty as soft as Angels whispers as the wind brushes against them Beautiful work again from someone who has taught me much about fine poetry Take care Andrew Love duncan X
