Gaze Of God Poem by Aarzoo Mehek

Gaze Of God

Rating: 5.0

He who wears religion may gain the world's respect —
Admired in mosques, praised in gatherings,
Clothed in ritual, wrapped in words.
But he who lives it — in silence, in service, in unseen acts of mercy —
Earns not the applause of men,
But the gaze of God,
Who sees not the robe, but the heart beneath.
