घर के रहे न घाट के (Hindi)
एक पहलवान के घरवालों और उसके शुभचिंतकों ने
उसकी मरजी के खिलाफ उसकी शादी करवा दी
पर पहलवान घर से अधिक अखाड़ों में व्यस्त रहता
बड़े बड़े पहलवानों से कुश्ती लड़ता व् ईनाम जीतता
देश विदेश के मुकाबलों में जाता और नाम कमाता
उसकी बीवी कहती ‘आर्यपुत्र! कभी घर भी रहा करो'
वह कहता ‘मैंने स्वयं से जो जो भी वादे कर रखे हैं
पहले उनको पूरा कर लूँ फिर जो बोलोगी वही करूँगा'
इस प्रकार वो घर को भूल अपना विकास करने लगा
वह अन्य पहलवानों से हाथ मिलाता, गले लगाता
किसी किसी से नाखुश होकर हाथ खींचता मिल जाता
उम्र बढ़ी तो अपने तमगे देख देख कर खुश हो लेता
पुराने मुकाबले वाले चित्रों की धूल झाड़ता दिख जाता
उम्र की आखिरी पादान पर मियाँ बीवी साथ बैठते
एक दूसरे की सूनी आँखों में देखते और पछताते
काश! वो व्यवहारिक बुद्धि व दुनियादारी दिखलाते
बस ये उनका हाल हुआ के घर के रहे न घाट के

A wonderful poem with many messages, Rajnish ji A life can be enjoyed only when you balance your home and work in equal measure. One should know the priorities. Otherwise, you will end up in void.
