VIPINS PUTHOORAN

I'M Gonna Leave This World.. - Poem by VIPINS PUTHOORAN

To-day I need a lurking place;
Can I thirst with my eyes peace?
All the hope gifted me pain,
All the dream lost in vain,
Nothing survives me in the vale of tears,
And nor a glow in the sky of my stars.
Oh, make free me as a man, dead.
I like to fly as a soul but ne'er I did,
A disharmonious deed in this world,
May my pains be squeezed out as blood!
I'd like to wander as a soul in the sky,
As I am now drowning in the struggles-sea,
I need a freedom from this life.
Amidst all the shadows of hate were rife.
I'm gonna see a pool of blood;
I'm gonna leave this world.

    Life, which is good, consists of pleasure and, unfortunately, pain. Such pain is sometimes overwhelming; we simply long to escape it all. (Report) Reply

    Good strong piece of writing. Some of the language almost resembles Christian prayer. Good sense of flow as if wallow in the struggles of life. (Report) Reply

    Dark. Very dark. And passionate.
    This line:
    As I am now drowning in the struggles-sea,
    I need a freedom from this life.
    especially caught my attention.
    You are a skilled writer!

    A very sad poem, a beautiful poem.
    Sometimes our demons seem to take over,
    They fill our minds with thoughts that are not
    really ours. We have to fight them, and when we
    win, we are a much better person for it. The demons
    can never win. We are born to beat them.
    It is our destiny to beat them, to help others in poems.
    A good poem my friend.

    As a spirit in the sky, who is going to leave us beautiful poems, hmm? One day your day will come, my friend, but don't decide to let it be soon. Even I who have reason to want to die, don't even think of ending the Higher One's purpose for me. In times of trouble, He test our value, and won't put any obstacle in our way He didn't think we'd be able to overcome. So, lift your chin, dear friend, and don't leave before your time...
