In A Swing Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

In A Swing

Rating: 5.0

Sitting in swing
I watch the earth
Going up and coming
Down so swiftly

The sky moves
Overhead as if it
Would hit my head

And I feel the air
In every pores of
My body as whirlwind

Closing my eyes
I feel life can't be better

These small things add flavor to our life. Nicely conceived poem.

I can still remember that feeling, too. So wonderfully and vividly, expressed here too. Very original and pleasing piece.

Poet Panda, thank you for stirring some very happy memories from childhood. And adulthood! You're never too old to swing!
