'May have to depart just once. Leaving all the flavors of life. Leaving all the memories of life' - Sounds so poignant, but bitter truth! Loved the comment of poet Susan Williams.

A refined taste of great poetry could be felt in the poem, Geetha. The incoming burden of the tomorrow is really painful for a sensative heart. Thanks for sharing.

'Is there another day to rise? '- - This poem has a subtle power to break the readers' heart. I appreciate your delicate touch on a topic that sometimes is delivered with a sledge hammer by some poets. Well written, Geetha. Very well-written.

Life and death are but two sides of a coin. Let memories of life stay for ever.

Touching hearts of the readers, a great poem on life and death. What I think if you believe in a life after death, you'll get it but if you don't believe in a life after death, you'll not get it. Imagine the peace at the time of death one enjoys that he will get another life and imagine the pain of one who believes that he is going to be finished for ever.

Such a great poem, Geetha. There something wonderful about that first stanza....The elements of the day of portrayed as an old friend arriving to deliver a tremendous blessing. Superbly done!
