I have a cat with fur as soft as silk
She always has an eye on my milk
A cutie, I love so much
Sometimes, she acts like a witch
Then I cannot but give her a hard kick!
A cute Limerick. You have a keen sense of observation dear poetess. What you wrote about cats is true. We love and caress our pet cat. Sometimes we become angry and give it a kick. An interesting Limerick.5 stars
WE also deserve a hard stitch as you leave us in the distance cats even can't reach the fast speed at which you all have risen reminds me a cat has 9 lives great catsy poemy ms
Even though the last line is diverging (a hard kick) from rest of the poem, I love this beautiful limerick. Truly, cats are the adorable cuties. Thanks, Valsa ji.
Enjoyed your limerick piece. To write a limerick one must have good sense of humor. You seem to have enough. Full rating
Writing limericks with my granddaughter I experienced how addictive they are. To get her started I wrote this one about her cat— She has a black kitten named Rocket who’s now much too big for her pocket. By the large kitty door he’s felled six birdies or more till she figured a way she could block it. As it turned out, she wrote two that day, and I wrote to more. What fun! Be well and blessed, Valsa.
