Niggling Need - Poem by Esther Leclerc

No matter where I am
No matter what the plan

Knock my noggin for a loop...
Not sure my poise will I recoup

Nodding *
Naive though I may be
Know it's wrong, quite simply...

Not a spanking nor the bottle: my
Knickers are never coming off
'nless in there ants are involved - -
Natch! - - THEN my clothes I'll doff!
'ntil then I'll just keep thinking...
Notice, won't you, that I'm winking
