Oh No To Stress - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

How can you drill, how can you heal?
Which pill will cure? No pill is dear,
Who is the doctor, who can too measure?
Who is the artist? who can paint colour?
Stress gives puzzles and crying to you,
Trying several times to break you fail.

Stress is the danger, stress is spider,
This waves clumsiness and you confuse,
Stress bites like poisonous insect,
You tremble in pain and instability,
Hearing the name of stress you fear.
You do not put gear, you do not hear.

Oh! Let us say no to stress friends,
No to stress, let us say and work more,
Awakening self you purify mind soon,
Positive vibrations will wave peace,
Thorns of stress will be broken,
Strong mind will remain in meditation,
No stress will touch you once again.

No pill is discovered to heal your stress,
This is you, who can heal by inner power,
Watch the beautiful nature and green plants,
Grow taller like the sacred fig tree,
Dropping the drops of joy you drink wisdom,
Like the tender leaves you be green and soft,
God's grace heals stress, instantly you trust.

Stress is the greatest malady known to humanity. There is no effective medication to treat stress! We have to invoke the positive inner power lying dormant in us! This allied with a firm dependence on God can relieve our tensions! A beautifully written poem on stress and the ways to get rid of it! A sure 10 (Report)Reply

How true your poem speaks, thank you for sharing! Indeed, in meditation we can relax our bodies, minds, free our soul and feel positive. Loved your entire poem but these words glued to me: Awakening self you purify mind soon,
    Positive vibrations will wave peace,
