Salvatore Poem by Unwritten Soul

Salvatore

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes emotion flow as liquid of water
And mind is the lonely surfing boat
Wandering around the corner
Sometimes too wide to cover

Dream could be the wings
To fly us over the troubled water
To show, where we're supposed to go
I hold tight my faith, it does keep me going

My emotion flooding like water
As if my eyes are creeks of tears
But my sober mind is like a wooden boat
No matter how hard river splash, i am still afloat

Salvatore!
Salvatore!

To where we're supposed to go
Constellation of dreams hinting
Amplified faith waves the water to the shore
By the floating boat,
Surfing over the troubled water

Salvatore
Salvatore!
To the lighthouse
To the lighthouse!
Our home, purpose and dreams

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Salvatore is 'hero' in Italian, and you are a hero to self...and hero for others. Surely our life is not quite from being challenged. Take this moment to dedicate this poem to my friend Tom Billsborough as he passed away last Jan. But this poem is for all of us too... For Tom, u will always safe in my memory of full of smile and sweet thoughts. In other perspective maybe i can say you are in the boat to the new world now.

A brilliant tribute, Soul. The waters guide us...with the ebb and flow that lifts inertia. We may not be aware of teh currents in our lives, but they are ever present. Brilliant, Soul!
