The Symphony Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

The Symphony

Rating: 5.0

The crashes of the drums
And the softness of the flute
Flows through my soul
As thoughts of you cascades through
The night
And the light as we waltz
Bleeds into it
Where there was no dawn
And there's no tears dancing on my cheek
But yr smile carrying me to an ecstasy
I never had before
I am in yr debt forever
As I pay you in verses
The symphony plays my requiem

A symphony so melodious like the soft strains of the flute. Lovely poem, dear Nosheen...10

My apologies LeeAnn! Instead of writing LeeAnn i wrote Nosheen! Please excuse me. Sometimes, end up making some foolish mistakes.

I love the metaphors of drums and flute. And your symphony of love.

As it ends up with that touching line 'The symphony plays my requiem', I'm moved very much...beyond rating
