The Trump Trope Poem by D.N. Rebb

The Trump Trope

Rating: 4.3

Is your sky still blue,
Mr. President?
Telling nonsense truth
Of fake news you dreamt

The rhetorical Trump Trope
As alternative facts spoke
They're all lies, you spat
You never said that?

Kinda yearn the bedlam
Mr. Once President
Gross misstatements, said some
Is that not what you meant?

That particular Trump Trope
Exaggerations, one hoped
Quick tongue to smugly mislead
Ridiculing as you tweet

McCain is no war hero
O'Donnell's a fat pig slob
Place network's Kelly rear row
Pussy Cruz can't do this job

Non-traditional Trump Trope
Like an unsavory probe
Used for figurative sense
Nonliteral stout defence

Miss you, Mister Trump
Fun comedy scope
Next term's comin' up
Drill your famous trope

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I know it's easy to judge up here in Canada. But I kinda miss the circus act. Good luck, Donald

We've just got rid of our buffoon, I hope America soon follows with theirs.

He is the modern demagogue, he gives the desperate and dispossessed a hero, who rages against the world their loosing. Hes a joke but hes democracies rope.

We possess numerous duplicates of Trump scattered around, some exhibiting a lower degree of similarity while others surpassing the original, all proficient only in the art of manipulation and nothing more.
