WASTED EFFORTS
A bridge across a dried up river
Beethovenian symphony in deaf ears
A volume of poems for prosaic minds
ANIMATION
Lone waters suddenly fructified with darting fishes
Dark night sky made aflame with twinkling stars
A barren heart fuelled with the elixir of love
watery lagoon with lovable fishes Lone waters suddenly fructified with darting fishes
Valsa, nice comparison in wasted efforts- A dried up river doesn't need a bridge; No use of Beethovenian symphony to deaf ears; And to a prosaic mind no use of volumes of poems! What a wonderful imagination, Valsa! In animation too - Lone waters - with darting fishes; Dark night sky aflame with twinkling stars; and a barren heart fuelled with the elixir of love- all captivate the heart! Valsa, I seem to have rewritten the verses! Ha!
The three lines in each triplet convey a similar idea. Excellent.
Part - 2 - In first Triplet you have so impressively inscribed the wasted efforts through a bridge over the dried up river and symphony for person with deaf years. Both triplets are gorgeous and interesting.10 out of 10 for each triplets.
Part - 1 Lone waters suddenly fructified with darting fishes Dark night sky made aflame with twinkling stars A barren heart fuelled with the elixir of love.........so touching with nice imagery. When a barren heart is fueled with the elxir of love and and sky is filled with twinkling stars it gives immense pleasure though it brings contradiction.
Extremely well penned! WASTED EFFORTS and ANIMATION are equally equipped with lucidity of expression! I would quote two of my favorite lines from ANIMATION: Dark night sky made aflame with twinkling stars A barren heart fuelled with the elixir of love. Loved reading this insightful piece poetry!
Very few persons are interested in poetry still I don't think writing poems is a wasted effort.
