Wait Poem by PERSIAN NIGHTINGALE

Wait

Rating: 4.5

Dark sky everywhere
Sullen clouds frown at you
The shadow over your happiness
It makes me blue too

Wait for the rain darling
Heavy rainfall fades the pain
Emerge from the woods dear
Onto the vast open plain

The darkness dimmed and the curtain opened
Lightless stars now visible
The moist breeze happily blows
The sadness now invisible

This is an elegant poem, of sadness that can be washed away. I liked it.
