War Of The Land - Poem by Dave Alan Walker

We live
In a world
That was
here before us

We live
In a world
That nobody owned

So why do we
Have wars
For the land

It All Started with unnecessary boundaries that made it seem as if the land is being shared, but ofcause that was not there case as it is now, nice massage Sir Dave

I agree with Robert Green - good thoughts. My question would be why do we spend Billions $ in wars while millions of people go hungry? (Report)Reply

Brief but fantasticlly put together. This planet is an amazing treasure, but no matter what the greed of some threatens the balance, politics, ideology fanaticism, rob us of the great spirit this little blue wonder. Great work Mr. Walker (Report)Reply

Exactly, the land should be shared, not owned, we as a people are just too greedy to see that.
    good job.

Your poem goes deeper than you think the most harmonious people's of the world believe the converse, that they belong to the Earth. Once this is realised the need for war is significantly diminished. Well done. (Report)Reply
