Worthless Poem by Silentpoet Grl

Worthless

Rating: 4.8

what is worth
how do you put a price on me
the sting and the pain that is felt
does it take away
and make me worthless
this hollowness
emptiness
will anything ever fill it again
pushed around
used for your own pleasure
have you seen the hurt
do you think it makes me less
what if i become better
would you be able to love me more
make me feel worth something again
or am i forever worthless

Wow! Great write! Don't measure yourself by any ones measure. If someone loves you, they love you for who you are. You don't have to try and be any one else but yourself. Love is not real if the person wants you to be some one you're not. If you want to change, then change for yourself, no one else. You are your own person, not somebody's play dolly to push around and play head games with making you believe you are worthless. You are not worthless. If someone makes you feel that way don't believe it, and get away from them. Who died and appointed some one to judge who is worth what anyway? ? ? I think any one who tries to make someone feel worthless deep down doesn't feel good about themselves other then when they are controlling someone else. They feel bigger by getting off on all the power. That is a abuser not a loving person. sincerely your friend, Kara

This is extremely beautiful, something I go through every day. You are a beautiful writer, and you better keep writing, because something like this is my inspiration. =)

An interesting question. How does one decide the worth of of a person, over that of another? I have seen it happen, the humanity behind it is lost to me, this is not a natural occurrence, is it? Beautiful work.
