You The Shining Stars - Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul
My dear little children
You are the shining stars,
You are all souls like me
Bodies are your cars.
I can't forget you now and then
I can't forget your prank,
You are so lovely so nice
You are very frank.
You are twinkle little stars
You are agog to parents,
You have power to acquire knowledge
You have many talents.
You are lights to remove darkness
Darkness of parents' sadness,
You are lovely you love too
To all you have kindness?
My dear little children
You are like the novas,
I enjoy your swinging tricks
Your wigging for scented guavas.
Dear children go ahead
Go in life progress,
You will be great sure -
By dint of labour and grace.
You are in my heart and soul
You will be czars,
Keep God in your heart
He will save you from scars.

Children are shining stars. They are the future. For a teacher they are seekers of knowledge. Their achievement is admirable and their pranks forgivable. Beautifully depicted in the poem. Thank you. (Report) Reply

Our bodies are indeed momentary cars. Vehicles to acknowledge our consciousness. To use them for positive purposes is the intent. Mind that accompanies is responsible for works of art such as this.
Blessings to the poet who comprehends! (Report) Reply
