Elisha De La Rosa Poems

Enlighten or darken
Hallowed or filled with emotions
In peace or in peices
What to do when its broken?

Before time stops
I have to say one thing
As I stand on top of your grave
I will say

I am like the sky and moon
Empty and filled with air
I show no emotion
It is so hard to show any emotion and it burns

Seeking in my chest
Things that will always be in my memories
Things that I love and lost
Yet I have forgotten to feel it

Thy sun in grimace
I say 'We are the ones, he is disgraced'
'Weeps' Sky said
'I shall bring thy tears'

Open my eyes
For the first and last time
Spreading my wings
I already knew how to fly

As my dreams keep on raining
The sun kept on shining
Through the willow of the trees
I have stumbled on a path to Eden

Falling to my knees
How bitter is he?
The man whom push me down
This officer has placed me on the ground

The sun shine brightly
As I walk down the street
I am no longer to be taken lightly
For my life is no longer bleak

In the lovely night
I lay on my awake to a sight
I see a glimmer at my window
Brighter than summer light

Walk into a room from terror
You turn to see a mirror
Do you see yourself
Or do you see someone else

Silence echos the valley
The sun shining on the horizen
Many search to be merry
For whom lives Lady Luck will be walking in

In a bitter sweet memory
The memory of my mother
The feeling of happiness I recieve
Will make my mother reality

Best friend why you are so down
Believe you are dirt lower than ground
My friend what stopped your river of happiness
Because have your shame brought you sadness

Pacing around the tracks
Winners from first to last
Ribbons to even the one who lacks
Behind the trail of runners

Time that I have spared
I shall love you
I remember the time we share
I think my love didn't go through

I walk on this land of beauty
For a quest I seek
To find the maiden of my dreams
Love is my belief

Anything in your soul
That affects the toughness of the mind
Enough to blind you like a troll
This emotional drug is a crime

Poison on the tongue
Evil from thy lungs
As the man tell his son
The truth that has been hidden for so long

Everything so blue
Beautiful in it
But my body so wet
In it a candle can't be lit

The Best Poem Of Elisha De La Rosa

A Heart

Enlighten or darken
Hallowed or filled with emotions
In peace or in peices
What to do when its broken?

A complex machine that keeps you running
Repairing it takes time and devotion
Without it you are running without fueling
Many days will come for this recreation

Women shall keep their hearts to theirselves
For the delicate should not be played around
Keep it safe, for the currupted won't touch
Your heart is your treasure, your crown

Men shall do the same
For even the most fragile peice
Will enter you like a blade
And your hearts will start bleeding

If bounded by chains
Willl you ever be free
Do not let this go to vain
Fix yourself a proper name

Even if your shredded apart
By your eneimes and soul
Protect your heart
Because their hearts are cold

If torn to peices
And thrown away
By a lover or family member
In you is where your heart will always stay

Move on and continue with life
Do not pass it on with a currupted mind
Worst than living with guilt
For breaking their hearts will turn them blind

Throw it away
Replace it with happiness and will
Take away the pain
From the heart that still remains
