Let's not take it that way. An affair is an affair, a want, a longing for each other between two loving hearts without an ulterior motive. Evaluate with the yardstick of mutual love and mutual respect and human dignity. I think there is a lot of subjectivity in when we talk of 'A Clandestine Affair' and one should not expect a sweeping explanation or generalization. Highly thought provoking. Thanks.

A clandestine affair creeps in stealthily in a forlorn heart, not always though. Loved this poem of self introspection.

I completely agree love needs loads of nurturing and pampering and that is what keeps it alive as evergreen. But this needs to be a two way process. Give and take balance the course uplifting to heights beyond par. Beautiful composition ma'am. Precise but to the point.
