Not everything from our mind
Should come out from our mouth.
We have a heart that can tame
The evilness of a thought
And harshness of a word.

Hi Rose Marie, In Indian scripts, there is shloka which goes thus “Satyam bruyat Priyam bruyat Na bruyat Satyam apriyam”... ...always utter truth, but tell words that are good to others. In any case, do not tell any words that is not relished by others, even if it is the truth... This is the very thought you have shared through the poem. Loved it. So good to read.
