Beach Girl

Friends - Poem by Beach Girl

My far flung friends
Like stars above
You sparkle through the night

Yet beautiful
You fill my heart with light

Elegant homage to unmet friends. Good and effective application of simile, metaphor, and apostrophe, etc. You've mastered the perfect art of saying much in little words. Much kudos, dear. (Report) Reply

You know why stars are beautiful to your heart, because your heart like it glows and shine....honest heart deserves it :) This is such a beautiful and simple poem that require no expensive ink, but honest one...sparkling like the other ones! (Report) Reply

Very pretty, I get annoyed sometimes when there are long poems. Like Cassandra said, ''it holds a lot of meaning''.
