Lost An Eye?

Rating: 5.0

I wanted to write a poem with a simile,
and tried for a long while.
Somewhere, somehow, it lost an 'i'
and all I had left was a smile.

I love it when intelligent writers play with words-tossing them about like colorful balloons and playing dodge-ball with other quick-minded writers! please, don't ever lose your playfullness!

Your loss is someone's catch, see how well Bri caught your words. Always witty and wise.

If you could lose the 's', you'd be left with a mile. Duh! !

And then if I lost the other 'i' and the 'l', all that would be left is ME!
