When we talk,
We hear nothing,
We are drowned
In our own voice!
We do not learn,
We do not grow,
We do not progress,
We remain as we are!
When we are silent,
We hear everything,
We hear the nature
In the ocean of silence!
Reiki teaches silently
Reiki heals splendidly!

Keep talking and keeping silence are quite different with latter we start listening to nature and an 'ocean of silence'. Reiki teaches us through silence and then heals us. This is indeed a treasury of practical knowledge. Thanks, Geeta ji.
