Starry Starry Skies Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Starry Starry Skies

Rating: 5.0

Those starry starry skies
Wake me to potential
That of mine and mine One God
The full moon beckons me
Werewolf ready to trounce
The White Light warning me
Evil threatening me
The night sky so black now

Sliver of light shining
Over the horizon

A full moon shines down on the Earth makes poets get their pens out.

The poet is in fact in turmoil between the sweet call of the full moon and the fear of wolves. A wonderful poem....loved it.
