What Is Love - Poem by Tareq Jalabi

Love is an energy
which could not be worn out
but it changes through life
from artist to art
it is the main reason
why a lover has a heart
so loving each other again
we should start
what`s the point of having
wheels without a cart
they might go on
but they will be apart

we have became like
the moon and the sun
when one of us come
the other is gone
i hate my life that
i hope i have a gun
so writing our story
finally will be done

nice piece, well expressed your own feelings, though some effing us words disgrace her slightly, keep writing pearls of wisdom.......rated ten for the love contained within.............. (Report) Reply

This started out so positive, but it ended so sad. With the title, 'What is Love',
how can that be? It seems that your love has become a sadness. I hope that
has changed. Your stanzas were quite beautiful. A nice flowing poem to read.

    If you want to die
    Fall in love
    If you want to fall
    Raise your head
    And ask the sky
    To vacate
    To create a room
    For a lover

Hello Blue, I am trying again to send you my comment...trying to recall what I said previously.

I am pleased that you have the voice and heart of a poet. Happier still that you took pen in hand and not a gun to express yourself. Love really is an adventure, be patient, roses will bloom again.

I believe in the power of love...I am, of course, no longer '20'

Hope this message gets through to you. Here I go again...
