A Favourite Song
In the air tonight, I saw the light
And sometimes life is just blowing in the wind
But don''t stop believing, the world will see it your way
With or without suspicious minds
When will we share special moments?
When will you throw your arms around me?
Why are there so many songs about rainbows? Way up high
I once was lost but now I am found
Love is what the world needs now
Please heal the world for black or white
I shall be released in this new light
You are and will be always on my mind
And I will always love you
You can sleep while I drive
And we will work it out
Just stand by me

Wow. You put my poetry to shame. Or should i say my poem to shame because I only put one on here so far. First day, you know.
So many song lines and titles, a medley mash up to easily make a composite poem. Reminds me of Moulin Rouge movie lyrics. Clever!
