Apple - Poem by Kesav Venkat Easwaran

Nature naughty
Sitting on the tree
Pulled an apple
An’ threw it down

Down the tree
It struck
On the head of
The meditating

It turned out
To be a big inventive

Interesting and read with a smile, as I am sure it was written. However I am puzzled as I always thought it was gravity that put the Buddah in my pants. (Report) Reply

Natutre naughty- you are right, it conspires to teach valuable lessons. you have driven your point home by drawing on an historical event every one is familiar with.
nature is amazing in its simplicity as Emily Dickinson wrote.
