Dark clouds gather round
They rush and collide in the sky
Igniting fireworks
Wisps of rain dripping
Dry land sucks it greedily
Belch of steam rises
Plants stand in despair
Like little children in bath,
Forbidden to splash
Three stages of how rain is created, how it drops, and its effect on the ground are beautifully presented in a trio of haikus. Enjoyed the sequel.
Excellent imagery. Wisps of rain dripping....lovely expression. Enjoyed thoroughly. A10
