My heart sings a sweet song of joy, each day,
When i remember the day you were born;
When i held you in my arms for the first time,
When you opened your eyes and looked at me,
And i saw a pair of enchanting eyes,
Shaped like a pink lotus petal,
So soft, silky and serene,
So full of love!
To your Papa and Mama,
You will ever remain
This beautiful gift of joy,
With your mesmerising smile,
Ever etched in our hearts!
You have chosen,
A wonderful profession,
To do good for the humanity.
There is nothing better than loving service
To the world and its people.
With your generosity of heart
Coupled with your brilliant mind,
You will shine like a sun,
You will be admired like the moon,
You will spread happiness like the stars.
