If They Pollute
If they pollute the blue sky and
immense heart of the space
If they pollute the serene breeze of morning
and infect the soothing flow of wind
If they contaminate the crystalline rain
and the cheerful sea
If they change ocean into sea,
sea into river and river into lake
If they devastate messily
the green forest
For their aristocratic life
if the fauna and flora die indiscriminately
If they kill and eat
the animal of nature haphazardly
If they do not allow the birds to fly
on the cloudless sky liberally
If they accumulate the constructive fire
as nuclear weapon
If they abduct my right of speech
and right of protest
Then-
I will lose my six seasons
I will lose my love, rights of freedom
I will lose my love of humanity and conscience
I will lose my strength of pen and alphabets
I will lose poems, where my undying soul lives instinctively
If my eternal soul cannot live in poem
then I will die easily
