In The Divinity Of Peace
I'm longing to be sunken
In the divinity of peace.
I pray You to shower Your
Kindness and bliss.
Crossing this earth -
Over a colorful rainbow bridge,
I step into the unbound, an infinite universe
I dream to be walking in an absolute free state.
With no grief no pain
Being elated with delight,
A Shapeless, weightless
An immortal soul I can feel.
O' Almighty - give me the knowledge
You enlighten me,
I am to recognize and realize You
To be immersed in your divine love and peace.
Bless my soul with Your divine love
Exposing it to the infinite universe,
Light up the lamp of wisdom in mine
To realize my soul to be a portion of Thine

Amitava, a true masterpiece, perfect in every way! Absolutely beautiful poem, I love it! ! Energy, rhythm, imagery all woven into a portrait of faith, asking God to give you knowledge and enlighten your soul so you may recognize and realize Him. A humble plea for divine love. Peace is divine and can only come from God. A precious commodity that man cannot live without.- even beyond this life. It's something we all desire. Very inspirational.

A very delightful and divine poem. I do realise it. I hope you must have read my poem THE HYMN OF MERCY. I started to write this poem just on the night when taliban had destroyed the idol of Lord Buddha. My office colleague Mukhuty made an amazing comment so i preserved it safely. In 2011 i posted this poem and got the same remarks from Poetess Rekhajee. This inspired me to go ahead n now the question to see back does not arise.
