Ladybird
in my backyard,
I found a ladybug
a tiny insect I don't really hug,
Its name is also ladybird,
to play with it?
It's absurd!
too small an insect
but the colour and shape are perfect
I watched it creeping in my hedge,
it reminds me of my aquarelles sketch
So sweet a poem, uplifting, the meek, harwarming a feat precious insect, so heartwarming a feat. Well done, dear Sylvia! Enjoyed.
Like Sandra says, it is such a heart warming poem. Very cute. Thank you Sylvia....10
These are black spotted red beetles. I now know it is called a Lady bird. I have written a poem on this beetle too.
Nice picure of a beetle. The write is beautiful like the colour on its back.
On a green grass yard/ found a busy ladybird / to roll a dungball.
Ladybird beetles are very beneficial insects. Children should be taught never to harm them.
