Mother Earth cries out in pain:
O Man! Let me be, the way I am!
Let my natural habitat remain as it is.
Do not stamp over my soil,
Do not tamper with my identity,
Do not cut the trees and wipe out the greens!
O Man! You are greedy and selfish,
You disregard and disrespect me!
I have given you a beautiful land to live
Yet, you are out to kill and destroy,
The very environment that has sheltered you!
Remember! You were born and will die too, on this earth!
While you live your life on planet earth,
Let the flowers bloom and spread its fragrance,
Let the trees breathe to give you enough oxygen,
Let the rivers flow, the wind blow, the earth glow!
Live happily, peacefully in harmony with nature's environment,
Live a beautiful and loving life, bonding with Mother Earth.
Happy World Environment Day! Save the soil & earth!
What an absolutely AMAZING tribute to Mother Earth! I sincerely wish that your words would resonate with all world leaders! If Robert F Kennedy Jr was able to assist in cleaning up the filthy Hudson River, others can do their small part!
