Sonnet 2 Flow Of Thoughts Poem by Abdulrazak Aralimatti

Sonnet 2 Flow Of Thoughts

Rating: 4.2

Thoughts that flow through the id,
Wander with an immoral ride,
Such thoughts should get rid,
The one that don't abide.
Thoughts that are virtuous and right,
Make actions and deeds noble,
Our future brilliant and bright,
And the vice thin and feeble.

Let thoughts flow through superego,
And capture the roots of morality,
Let thoughts through conscience flow,
To know its self and reality.
If such then, will be a true gain,
In a memoir to write and retain.

Beautiful lines...... Let thoughts flow through superego, And capture the roots of morality, Let thoughts through conscience flow, To know its self and reality. Beautiful presentation. Loved reading it.

Counscience as a railway of thoughts...the ones that are harmful and detrimental, the wordly concerns and vice must be relinquished, and replaced by thoughts that generate virtuousness, goodness and spirituality, so the human being to achieve purity and nobility.10 +++

Nice take on the id and superego, somewhere I also have written about the ego, id and superego; so pleased to find another take on the philosophy of these ideals.
