Your poem echoes the feelings of someone who ranks low in a rank list. and the frustration, agony and humiliation that are associated with it.Almost every human being aspires to rank No.! or to be the topper There may be little difference between No.1 or 2.But still No.2 may cry for not being No.1.A student faces such situations in every test, exam or entrance or in games. These rankings are done to instil a competitive attitude in the student which will help in his progress. He will strive to do better. But in some circumstances it may negatively impact the child who is low in the rank and demotivate him.Parents and teachers should be careful and encouraging to all children in spite of their rank.

I am happy to note that this touching poem of yours is blooming and blossoming in four different languages. This is versatility par excellence. And of course, thousands of colourful butterflies are flying from each of your verses. (10)

I didn't know that you are proficient in four languages! I enjoyed your Malayalam version so much! In school you might have been at the last bench..... But the later success in life has nothing to do with it! Yes, from your mind let thoughts..... 'mahzavillai parakkatte'.....! Your effort is greatly appreciated........ a full (10)

The life is full of controversies as Geetha Jayakumar has written here and we can't predict anyone's future based on anything that happens today, as people have their own destiny based on their karma; that is what we are taught to justify the way we lead our life with glory or in dark. You are blessed Geetha..and let thousands of butterflies fly from your verses..

Wonderful, wonderful. All are glittering like the Venus. So far last bench is concerned, there were two options either the superior would sit in the last bench or the inferior. But most of time I was pushed to front, I don't know why? I have given you full marks before writing comment. Thanks for share. Regards.

A poem of nostalgia. The poet has said - Our sweetest songs are those that tell of saddest thought. I liked your Malayalam version most. I did read and enjoy the Hindi and Marathi versions too. My knowledge of Marathi is just rudimentary. Nice to know that you are a good polyglot. Is it a coincidence that I read your poem immediately after commenting on Shri Kumaramani Mahakul's poem titled Polyglot? (10)
