# True Poem by Samanyan Lakshminarayanan

# True

Rating: 5.0

Even if it sounds like true
even if samanyan believes it to be true
would Paraman [god] find it true

if in your pooja [prayer]
you would read out verses to him
he would'nt listen

he would say...sing your song
in your own word and voice
bring out the truth in you

in the rest....in the rest..he would say
i dont see you....
you donot show up TRUE.

If we could all listen for the truth behind the ego, then act on that alone, the anxiety and fear in our world, would surely disappear. A thoughtful write.

I think nearly everyone who reads this fine poem, samanyan, can relate to it. It seems we all pray to what we percieve of as our God, reciting time worn prayers which say, as your poem pointed out, nothing of our self or our feelings towards whatever God we pray to. It is a very interesting and effective write. Carl.

Only God knows what is true for He alone can discern the thoughts and intents of our hearts. Fascinating write. Kind regards, Sandra

Paraman (God) is inside one's heart. One should look for Him inward and not outward.
