Kranthi Pothineni

Unknown Song - Poem by Kranthi Pothineni

I sing again and again
The same song of rain
That stuck in my brain
It left my heart with stain
Which I can’t complain?

It’s a song of my bane
That I had grain by grain
It never went into drain
It gave heart lot of pain
Which I can’t explain?

It’s a song of one lain
By my heart of insane
It made me look plain
Like a derailed train
Which I can’t campaign?

It’s a song of cocaine
It’s my hearts only gain
On this warmth lane
So it not went in vain
Which I can’t sustain?

Its song of one arcane
Left my heart in blain
But it made many attain
All happiness of mundane
Which I can’t abstain?

Fantastic rhyming scheme each line were all same yet sometimes same rhyme scheme makes the poem dull. Why not try abab rhyme scheme now sure it will make a difference in your poetic pattern into excellence. THanks! ! (Report)Reply

You are an expert at rhyme. Singing the same song of rain, stuck in the brain; Looks like you miss something or may be that someone. Season my dear friend; brings back many memories. I'm hoping some of your rhyme may rub on me. (Report)Reply

well rhymed and thought out poem...
the song of life...thats it....will only end with the dat of doom...we are just so much clown...doing our part...and curtains...

your anguish shines through and......deeper is the impact.....then is immediately apparent from the poem itself..
written by a sensitized sensitive heart.....more in a msg
    cheers
