Victory Over Vices -3(Victory Over Anger)
A dangerous vice is this, this is anger,
Person entangled with it comes to angor.
When a desire is not fulfilled it creates wrath,
Persons with this instinct become sociopath.
Negative thoughts and comparison also bring rage,
These encourage the wrath to rise up stage by stage.
Person in top stage of anger loses his sense,
He can't feel right or wrong and comes to offense.
One can overcome the anger if he does want,
He has to lead simple life keeping away from vaunt.
He has to remain in positivity and right thinking,
Rajyog brings peace in soul-supreme soul linking.
Purity and veg food minimize wrath in some extents,
Persons with this activity get peace in many events.

Anger is a bad emotion specially when it is filled with hatred and vengeance. It causes distress more to the person who is angry rather than to the person it is targeted. The world would be a peaceful place devoid of anger. Great thoughts and a great poem, dear Kumarmaniji......Top stars
