A part of me is
Failing miserably
A tiny bit at a time
Sustaining one-sided
Bitter relationships
Depleted me out
The zest to live
Is biting the dust inside
As my heart cries
I lift my hands
In supplications
To assuage me
From this
Troublesome life.

The reality of life is very bitter Step by step slipping occurs if life stays in subconscious moods This heart is calmed by the strength of the inside / soul and good deeds where the knowledge of self is lived
Rottenness needs just a small presence and it spreads like wild fire. But life has an option to share the pain and make it less and move on. Never let your even bit To fall apart like a git Every sum has a solution Every view has another notion Just need to mend broken bonds That made you always strong on grounds Prescious are every one here Just need to clear our mirror For our foundation is not fragile That gives up on stressor's crime. Beautifully expressed emotions.
Failing miserably , No problem. Failure is the mother of success.
It is indeed a wretched situation in which the protagonist feels 'The zest to live.... Is biting the dust inside'. The poem begins on a pensive note which does not change except for a short while when she lifts her hand in supplication to assuage her bruised soul. Immensely felt. Thanks.
I've been there Aarzoo. For me another part of me stayed optimistic, stayed busy, and lived a pretty good life. I definitely relate to "Failing miserably A tiny bit at a time" until I failed much more miserably in a not tiny way.
You have brilliantly unfolded the inner core of bitter sweet life... wonderful
A deeply poignant poem and a vivid portrayal of conquering life's trials and pains. Beautifully crafted and well conveyed.
A part of everyone has something to say. Kabhi kisi ko muqqamal jahan nahi milta, kahin zameen toh kahin aasma nahi milta......Nice way to tease life and take out frustrations given by it. I feel poetry can flush out the bitterness leaving love to live the life and share. A thought provoking poem for me.10+++
