Ephesus Poem by Sylvia Frances Chan

Ephesus

Rating: 5.0

Ephesus: the ancient city where John the Baptist was buried
True Peace and Love are reigning there

God brings true peace
it's not always with ease

God has come to mankind
so we can find

divinity
obedience and prosperity

in our soul and spirit
not to forget Loving and forgiving
The only One who can really give
true peace and
sobriety

it will not bind
us definitely
to a sinful life,
but free us from peril

and we are expected to be loyal to our first love,
as we can read
here up above

with Blessings continuously
in the Holy Bible's Infinity
Ephesus to never forget, Amen
